Arriving Late

Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. On most occasions, there is a 10 minute window where it would be acceptable to be late, however your appointment will run more efficiently when on time.

Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full payment of the appointment.

Billing

Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance company prior to coming in. I will bill your insurance as applicable, however, you are ultimately liable for any fees and costs not covered or paid by your insurance. Questions about non-payment should be directed to your insurance company.

Cancellation & No Show policy

A few hour notice is appreciated when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment from the waitlist.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged 100% of the original appointment fee, and this will be added to the next scheduled appointment.  If you miss two appointments without prior cancellation, you will be required to pay in full to schedule further appointments. This is a good-faith deposit to reserve your appointment time. When the appointment is kept, this fee will be applied to your office visit fees or refunded as appropriate. If the appointment is missed without proper notice of cancellation, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
